COURSE 3

Cultivating Co-Teacher Relationships

We are in a relational industry. We form relationships with students to learn about their interests and to earn their trust. We also form relationships with colleagues to co-teach mulitlingual learners. However, to ensure that teacher collaboration goes well, we must cultivate a foundation of mutual trust and respect. Trust and respect are not given automatically; they are earned through time. Come learn with Tan as he shares how we can cultivate a trusting, encouraging, and rewarding professional relationship with colleagues on behalf of multilinguals.
