As an international workshop facilitator and former WIDA Certified Facilitator, Kelly has shared her expertise in language development and instructional strategies with educators worldwide. She is a proud recipient of the TESOL ELT Leadership Management Certificate and holds the National Board Certification as an Early Childhood Generalist, underscoring her dedication to excellence in teaching and leadership.

Kelly's areas of expertise include instruction, language development, program evaluation, curriculum development, and system-level program planning. She holds a Master's degree in Instructional Systems Development and has earned certifications in Elementary Education, Spanish, ESOL, and School Administration, equipping her with a robust foundation to support educational initiatives.
